In accordance with the 2021 Edition of the Bylaws , the leadership of Mililani Fil-Am Baptist Church is structured into specific offices, administrative bodies, and committees designed to govern the church’s worship, service, and business operations . 1. Church Officers and Staff All elected officers and staff must be members in good standing . Pastor: Serves as the spiritual and administrative leader, responsible for preaching, teaching, and leading church organizations . He is an ex-officio advisory member of all standing committees except the Pastor's Selection Committee . Deacons: The church maintains five deacons for the first 100 members, adding one for every 50 additional members . They serve as a committee of counsel for the Pastor, implement the Deacon Family Ministry , and act as the Church Membership Committee .
