Agenda and Discussion: 

  1. 22nd Anniversary (Recap/Rejoice)
    • Missed other mainland former members
    • Keep noise level down in the kitchen
    • Thanks to all who volunteered: Tech Crew, Young Kaleb, John, Willy, TJ, and Levi. 
    • Baptisms Next Steps.  This is a good time to ask for help and restructure the church.
    • Send thank you to all. The pastor will create a blog and will solicit help from everyone.
    • FB Live Video. May need some editing.
  2. Missions Updates (Rosanna shares)
    • Balikbayan box received in Sta Barbara Christian Fellowship SBC;
    • Sta Barbara asks for help as well.   
    • Needs in Palawan via Belinda of FBC of Wahiawa has needs:  Thermometer Gun; Plastic folders; Shelves and Cabinets.   
    • Suggestion and to cover during church business meeting:   That the church help fund this need and WMU fund continues to concentrate on its current commitment. 
  3. HR Needs of the church
    • Council suggestion:  That stewardship, trustees, and moderator form together as the HR for the following needs:  (1) Pastor's Renewal of Contract; (2) Youth Intern. 
  4. Restructure and Reorganization
    • The principle behind the request:  To accommodate new incoming attendees and members to serve; to elevate existing volunteers to a more "discipleship" oriented ministry.  
    • To create small groups of 4-5 and meet once a week for accountability, prayer, and encouragement
    • To man ministries that require "relational" skills such as (1) when somebody receives Jesus; (2) wants to be baptized; (3) joins as a church member; (4) rededicate their life; (5) join a small group; (6) or want to serve;  and ministries that require organization like:  (7) Sunday worship program coordinating (8) tech crew;.

  7. 2021 Budget.  Jen will send out forms to all ministry leaders.
