2022 Budget Preparation

Aloha Council Team Leaders,

The Stewardship team will be working on putting together the 2022 Budget and we ask for your assistance.  Attached is the 2022 Budget Request Form to use in putting together your ministry budget for 2022.

Because of God's grace, your faithfulness & flexibility, & the unity through His Spirit to keep moving forward during these unprecedented times, Mililani Fil-Am Baptist has been able to continue ministering to our community and beyond. We would appreciate your continued prayer, participation, & valuable input as we prepare for the upcoming year & put ministry plans into the form of a tangible budget.

Please complete the form by Sunday, November 21.  The Stewardship team would like to be able to put together the 2022 budget to be voted upon by the beginning of December so your input before then would be very much appreciated.  If you would like a report of current year expenses emailed to you or a print-out prepared to use for your information, please call me at (808) 741-4714.

Should you or your ministry team be unable to prepare a budget or submit the Budget Request Form for whatever reason, then the budget amount and whether to continue funding the budget will be determined by the Stewardship team and be placed under Stewardship's direction.        

Pls make note of this timeline: 

• Sunday, November 21, 2021 - Budget deadline for all ministries
• Tuesday, November 30, 2021 - Stewardship Meeting to finalize the budget
  
• Sunday, December 5, 2021 - Church Business Meeting

Please meet with your corresponding ministry team to prepare the budget for 2022.

Please also inform Stewardship if there are any changes needed to be made to your ministry team listing.

12. Personnel - 7000, 7001  : Filam HR - to work on the increases & decide if more benefits need to be added / Salary - Pastor/Accountable Reimb Plan / Workers Comp Ins
