Point of Action:  To reinforce the sunday school by:
- encouraging non - attenders to attend
- training volunteers to assist
- continue to facilitate:  bible knowledge, life sharing and community building

Point of Action:
- to print "next weeks volunteers" in the bulletin
- to print a copy of schedule of volunteers and display in a common place
- to hand over a copy of schedule of volunteers to deacon to follow up

3.  Youth Night - Fridays, need assistance

Point of Action:
- for this friday, to let the youth join other youth events in school, club, etc.
- to allow this season to pass and revisit youth strategy
- to begin a dialogue about Young Adult ministry

4.  Seminary Extension - Preaching Class
Point of Action:
- announcements to be made
- encourage the men of the church to participate

5.  10/28 Service (Joint Service at Waipahu CCC)

  • Worship Order includes Joint Choir
  • Speaker is Pastor Glen
  • Joint Praise Team, Worship Leader: PBong 
  • Evangelism Training
Point of action:
- to clarify who will lead the sunday school
- to participate and be on time since the sunday school starts at 9am

6.  FSBFP

  • Thanksgiving Service
  • Christmas Service
    • Sing special Music 
  • Fund Raising for the 2019 mission trip
  • Historical Meeting, Oct 21Sunday or 24 Wednesday, 6pm - Ancho Residence
Point of Action:
- on thanksgiving service.  For Filam to host the event in Ewa Beach but move the time at 2:30pm.   To pay the rent for the use of the building; the men's ministry will lead the preparation for the thanksgiving inter-church service. All others to coordinate with the men's ministry of filam.
- Christmas Service - Filam to share a special music during the celebration
- Fund Raising - everyone is ok with this proposal
- Historical meeting - no discussion


7.  Miscellaneous 
- Council Meeting on 10/21 to discuss the 2019 budget
- Ask the Moderator to consider scheduling a vote for the budget on 11/4 or 11/11.
- FSBFP Annual Meeting on November 10 is hosted by Word of Truth
- Easter 2019 will not be hosted by HCBC
- Thanksgiving Wednesday Service, 11/21 is sponsored by Village Park.  Churches are invited to participate.


8.  Pray Request: 
  • Passing Away of Mila Arquero, sister of Pastor Bong's Mother
  • Purvis Family - all under the weather
  • Traveling - Vic and Tess Gante; Josie Isidro (Jean's cousin)
  • Accident:  Analyn, Jeans Friend;  Lyric - recovering
  • Others: Lilia (lee's Mom) chemo and its effect.  Pray for the whole family.
