I want to thank Jennifer Gonzaga and Robert Mindo for their daily work.  I thank you Council for getting your budget requests in. Please be in prayer as we look forward on how God is going to miraculously show Himself up in the area of church finance.

I have received an update from Jennifer that some of the budget line items have not been completed.   The Business Meeting is on December 6, 2020.  Let's make every effort to finish it by next week, Monday.  Pls make note of this timeline: 

• Monday, November 30, 2020 - Budget deadline for all ministries
• Tuesday, December 1, 2020 - Stewardship Meeting to finalize the budget
  
• Sunday, December 6, 2020 - Church Business Meeting

The following ministries and your corresponding ministry team need to meet and finish the budget. 

1. Benevolence - Marlon / Vic
2. Ordinance - Randy / Jay / Jr Gante
3. Pulpit Supply - HR / Stewardship
4. Sunday School - Tess / Marlon
5. Youth / Singles - ?
6. Children's - Tina / Julie / Joanne
7. Mens - Randy / Robert
8. Aloha & Hosptility / Social (anniv & joint fell) - Luisa / Luz/ Julie / Lita
9. Discipleship - Pastor Bong and Robert
10. Evangelism/Outreach - ?
11. Admin:  All would fall under Stewardship & or cleark - Jen & Stewardship to work on Payroll & Acctng / Bank Fees / Prop Insurance / Office Supplies (ink), Mailing Supplies / Facility Cost
12. Personnel: Filam HR - to work ont he increases & decide if more benefits need to be added / Salary - Pastor / ;Accountable Reimb PLan / Workers Comp Ins
13. Mission Offering - 7640 - Cooperative Program (budgeted); 7160 - Santa Barbara Christian Fellowship; 7113 - Sue Nishikawa; 7112 - Lottie Moon; 7111 - Annie Armstrong; 7114 - World Hunger; 7165 Philippine Mission Subsidy; 7115 - Youth Project/Missions

Aloha Council Team Leaders,

The Stewardship team will be working on putting together the 2021 Budget and we ask for your assistance.  Attached is the 2021 Budget Request Form to use in putting together your ministry budget for 2021.

Because of God's grace, your faithfulness & flexibility, & the unity through His Spirit to keep moving forward during these unprecedented times, Mililani Fil-Am Baptist has been able to continue ministering to our community and beyond. We would appreciate your continued prayer, participation, & valuable input as we prepare for the upcoming year & put ministry plans into the form of a tangible budget.

Please complete the form by Sunday, October 18.  The Stewardship team would like to be able to put together the 2021 budget to be voted upon by the end of this month so your input by then would be very much appreciated.  If you would like a report of current year expenses emailed to you or a print-out prepared to use for your information, please call me at (808) 741-4714.

Should you or your ministry team be unable to prepare a budget or submit the Budget Request Form for whatever reason, then the budget amount and whether to continue funding the budget will be determined by the Stewardship team and be placed under Stewardship's direction.
